Find out what one job really made you.
A fixed price review of one role or one finished job. You get the real number in writing, the arithmetic behind it, and a plain English conversation about what to do next. No ongoing commitment.
Most business owners have a feeling about which work makes money and which does not. Very few have the number, and the gap between the feeling and the number is usually where the profit went.
This is the smallest useful piece of what I do. You pick one thing, either a role you are not sure you are charging enough for or a job that felt busy but did not leave much behind, and I work out what it actually cost and what it actually made.
You get three pages in plain English, your own numbers loaded into a calculator you keep, and forty five minutes with me to go through it. If something outside the scope is obviously wrong I will tell you, but I will not quietly do the extra work and send you a bigger invoice.
If you decide you want ongoing support afterwards, the $750 comes off your first month. If you do not, we shake hands and you keep the analysis.
What you get
Already used the free calculator? That one tells you what a person costs. This one tells you what to charge, because it loads in your overheads and spreads them the way your business actually prices work. That is different for a builder quoting jobs and an agency selling hours, and it needs a look at your real numbers rather than a spreadsheet guess.
You pick the one thing
A role, or a finished job. Six quick questions and read only access to your file. That is all I need to start.
I do the work
Every cost loaded in, including the ones nobody counts. You get the written summary before we meet, so you have time to react to it.
We talk it through
Forty five minutes. What it means, what I would do, and the one number to watch from here.
What this is not
I would rather be clear up front than have you disappointed later.
It is not a clean up of your file. If the data will not support the review I will tell you within two days, and we can talk separately about putting it right.
It is not every role or every job. That is ongoing work, and we can talk about it if you want to.
It is not tax advice. That stays with your accountant, and I am happy to work alongside them.
You will leave knowing two things: the one number that matters right now, and the next step we would take together.
