The essentials, done properly, so you never chase a deadline again.

Bank reconciliations, BAS, payroll, super, payroll tax. None of it is why you started your business, and all of it has a due date. I take the whole lot off your plate.

Everything runs through Xero, lodgements go in on time from a registered BAS agent, and you get a plain English note when something needs your attention. One number, one next step, never a wall of jargon.

I take the books on, rather than work off someone else's file.

That matters more than it sounds. When the person entering the data is also the person reading it, the odd number gets noticed in March instead of turning up as a surprise at tax time. Nothing gets handed between two people who each assume the other is watching.

It costs you no more than having the two arranged separately, and it is the only way the advice sitting on top of it means anything. You keep your accountant for the tax. I handle everything before it.

What's included

Xero bookkeeping and bank reconciliation. Kept current, not caught up in a rush before every quarter.
BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement. Prepared and lodged by a registered BAS agent.
Payroll, super, STP and payroll tax. Across states, with awards and allowances applied correctly.
Accounts payable and receivable. Payment runs prepared, so you approve rather than administer.
Monthly reporting you can actually read. Clean, decision ready, and explained in a sentence rather than a spreadsheet.

Changing over is easier than you think

Most people stay where they are because moving sounds like a project. It is not. Your Xero file stays exactly where it is and I am added to it, so nothing is rebuilt and no history is lost. In practice it looks like this.

FIRST

We talk for half an hour about what is currently falling to you and what is overdue, if anything is.

THEN

I look through the file and tell you honestly what shape it is in and what it will take to bring it current.

FROM THERE

A fixed monthly fee, an agreed start date, and the next lodgement is mine to worry about instead of yours.

If your file needs work before it can run cleanly, I will say so up front and quote it separately rather than discover it later. You will know what you are dealing with before you commit to anything.

Because your books are kept decision ready rather than just compliant, moving up to job costing, cashflow forecasting or full Virtual CFO support later is a step rather than a leap. The groundwork is already done, and it is the same person doing it.

Tell me what's currently falling to you.

Half an hour, no charge, and no obligation at the end of it. If I am not the right fit I will say so and point you somewhere useful.

Not sure whether what you have now is working? Pick one job or one role, and I will show you what it really cost and what it really made. It is a fixed price, it takes ten business days, and you will see exactly what having the books and the advice in the same hands actually looks like.
